What are your dispatch and shipping times?

We aim to process your order within 2 business days but can take up to 3-4 business days, shipping times will vary depending on the type of shipping method chosen at the checkout. We use Australia Post for all deliveries and suggest you check their website for their current delivery times. Please note that their times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Where is my order being shipped from?

Your order will be processed and shipped from South Australia.

Can I return my item?

We understand that shopping online comes with a risk that the item may not fit properly, which is why we offer returns and exchanges. We manage our returns and exchanges on a case by case basis with a tailored solution to suit your needs. So, for all returns and exchanges please email orders@hnysleepwear.com and we will manage this in line with our returns and exchange policy and your needs. 

At a glance, we accept returns for the following reasons:

  • If you received a damaged product.
  • If you received the wrong product.

However as mentioned above, we are happy to chat further about your reason for exchange or return and see if we can organise a solution that suits you.

Please note that sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, in accordance with our Returns Policy. 

What is your sizing like?

Our sleepwear has been designed to be more 'oversized'. We encourage you to refer to our size guide, which can be found under each product's page.

What fabric do you use?

Our sleepwear is made from 100% cotton.

Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?

Once your has been placed there is no guarantee we will be able to fulfil your requested change. However, if your order hasn't already been processed or dispatched by one of our team we will endeavour to make the adjustments needed. You are welcome to request your change by emailing us at orders@hnysleepwear.com We do encourage you to take time with your order and confirm that your details are correct prior to making your payment.

What should I do if I didn't receive my order?

Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. If you haven't received this email please check your Junk Mail and Spam, as it may have gone there. We require up to 2 business days to process orders prior to dispatch. If you have not received your confirmation email after 2 days or if you have any further enquiries about your delivery please email us at orders@hnysleepwear.com 

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently offer payments through Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Shop Pay.
